LAVINIA BEDDARD, M.A.

With post-graduate qualifications in English language teaching and extensive experience in a range of contexts with learners of all ages, backgrounds and professions, I am passionate about helping people achieve their language goals.  I have lived abroad and speak a number of languages which helps me to understand the needs of language learners.  I am skilled in teaching general English, business & professional English, academic English, English for specific purposes (e.g. hospitality) and exam preparation (e.g. IELTS, CAE, FCE, BEC)

Having worked in London for the past 10 years, I decided to relocate to the beautiful South West and start my own venture surrounded by both the coast and the countryside.  I am a lover of the great outdoors and try to spend as much time in the fresh air as possible.  When I’m not walking or in my garden, I am an avid follower of the arts; I run a book club, go to the theatre regularly, am fanatical about film and enjoy listening to music of all types.
